Return & Exchange Policy
At Kahemo, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Window
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return / Exchange
To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging
• With all original tags attached
• In the same condition as received
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale or discounted items
• Innerwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
Returns (Refund)
• A flat ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within the 7-day window at no extra charge.
• Subject to product availability.
How to Initiate a Request

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item
3. Our team will review and get back to you with next steps
Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, we will resolve it at no cost to you. Please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Kahemo reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
